Entrepreneurship Center Management Course One introduces participants to the foundational concepts of entrepreneurial ecosystems and the critical role entrepreneurship centers play in helping those ecosystems thrive. This course explores how incubators, accelerators, and other entrepreneurship support organizations can position themselves as effective connectors, conveners, and champions for entrepreneurs within their communities. Through practical frameworks, ecosystem mapping, and applied assignments, participants gain clarity on their organization’s mission, stakeholders, and value proposition while learning how to align programs, partnerships, and resources with the needs of entrepreneurs and the broader ecosystem.
Participants will learn how to:
