Course 3 — Finance & Operations for Sustainable Entrepreneur Support Organizations
This course covers the financial and operational foundations that keep an ESO running and sustainable. Participants explore the operational activities behind the work, key resources and infrastructure, programmatic and labor costs, revenue streams and business models, and funding sources such as grants, sponsorships, and in-kind support. They'll complete the Operations, Resources, Revenue, and Sustainability sections of their ECM Canvas.
