Course 1 — Fostering Your Entrepreneurial Support Organization's Role in Your Ecosystem
This course helps participants understand entrepreneurship ecosystems and define their ESO's role within them. Participants explore what makes an ecosystem thrive, identify key players and organizations, map their local ecosystem, and pinpoint the gaps their organization can solve. By the end, they'll have defined their target founder segment and completed the Problem & Value Proposition and Target Founder Segments sections of their ECM Canvas.
