Organization Overview
P21 empowers entrepreneurs from ideation through commercialization by providing structured frameworks that help founders validate opportunities, develop scalable business models, strengthen leadership, prepare for investment, and accelerate growth. Through strategic mentorship, innovation programming, technical assistance, accelerator programs, and access to capital, P21 equips entrepreneurs with the resources, networks, and expertise needed to build sustainable, innovation-driven companies.
At the core of P21 is the P21 Venture Mentoring Service (VMS), founded in 2022 and licensed by the MIT Venture Mentoring Service. As one of only 139 MIT-licensed programs worldwide, P21 VMS delivers confidential, team-based mentoring that helps founders make better decisions, strengthen leadership, and navigate the complexities of building high-growth ventures.
P21 also designs and delivers specialized innovation and entrepreneurship pitch challenges, accelerators focused on venture growth, capital readiness, government innovation, advanced technologies, manufacturing, commercialization, and emerging industries. Our programs integrate proven methodologies, including customer discovery, Lean Startup, business model innovation, investor readiness, and design thinking, while connecting founders to mentors, investors, industry experts, universities, corporations, and public-sector partners.
As a regional convener, P21 brings together entrepreneurs, investors, academia, industry, and government to strengthen the innovation ecosystem and expand pathways for venture creation, commercialization, and long-term economic competitiveness.
