Michael Odupitan is the CEO and President of Omni Circle, a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering people through connection, collaboration, creation, and coworking. Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, Michael has built a life and career centered on impact, leadership, and economic mobility.
Under his leadership, Omni Circle has expanded into a hub for community development, personal growth, and entrepreneurship—supporting youth, families, and business owners through education, leadership training, and access-to-capital programs. Michael is also a business strategist, speaker, and personal leadership coach who is building a philosophy for mindset growth and development.
Driven by his “Brain Over Body” philosophy and his belief that transformation begins from within, Michael’s mission is to help people build better lives, stronger communities, and sustainable businesses, while continuing his own journey, chronicled in his upcoming memoir Hard But Fair.
