Martin Brady

Martin is the Director of Business Incubation and Acceleration Initiatives at the San Juan College Enterprise Center in Farmington, New Mexico, USA. He leads the Enterprise Center and The Big Idea Makerspace, driving entrepreneurship and economic development across the Four Corners region by cultivating a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem and supporting innovative business incubation and accelerator programs.

Before joining San Juan College, Martin served as Senior Director at MB Design in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he provided creative marketing, strategic innovation, and digital design consulting services to start-ups and small businesses.

He previously spent more than 30 years with Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia, holding multiple leadership positions. Over his tenure, he led consumer marketing initiatives for more than a decade and advanced to Senior Director in 2017, contributing significantly to brand growth, product innovation, and long-term strategic planning.

Martin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Commonwealth University, USA, and a Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design (BDES) from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, Ireland. He is also the recipient of 87 patent awards.
