Anna Nichols, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of the Spiritual Business Incubator, a hands-on business development school for founders building purposeful, profitable, and sustainable companies. Modeled after higher education, the Incubator guides founders through progressive program tracks that mirror the stages of business development, helping them move from startup to scale with intention.
Anna founded the Incubator to close a gap she saw firsthand: accomplished, mission-driven entrepreneurs who were never taught the practical fundamentals of building a company. Through structured curriculum and real-time application, the Incubator equips founders with the knowledge and skills to lead across strategic planning, finance, marketing, sales, operations, and team development.
Anna holds an MBA and spent nearly a decade in administrative and financial leadership in higher education, building departments and leading operational transformations. She served as president of a K-12 charter school board and first encountered the incubator model as a graduate student volunteering at her local business incubator.
