Join us for a Community Huddle that builds on the Creative Capital Table live podcast conversation exploring the realities of venture capital and what comes next. Following the February 19 session, this huddle will create space to reflect on key insights from the discussion, including what works in traditional VC, what is broken, and how alternative capital models are emerging to better serve founders.

The session will begin with a brief recap of the Creative Capital Table conversation, highlighting operator level perspectives on venture capital, capital innovation, and how funders and ESOs can more effectively support undercapitalized entrepreneurs.

Participants will then move into small group discussions to share challenges, promising practices, and creative approaches to supporting founders who are navigating capital options outside of one size fits all models. We will reconvene for a full group conversation to surface shared insights and practical takeaways.

As with all Community Huddles, this informal, member focused conversation is designed to foster peer learning, honest dialogue, and connection across the entrepreneurial support ecosystem.
