Behind the Build: Supporting Wellbeing for Founders and ESOs

Join us for an honest, fireside chat style conversation featuring Dr. Kim Freeze, Clinical Psychologist, entrepreneur, and Ecosystem Steward at the Southern Oregon Innovation Hub; Louis-Félix Binette, Executive Director and founding member of MAIN, Québec’s network of business accelerators and incubators; and Zachary Barker, CEcD, MS, Director of Entrepreneurship at the International Economic Development Council.

Inspired by the conversation they led together at ICBI40, this members-only Community Huddle will continue the discussion around founder wellbeing, mental health, and the evolving role ESOs can play in building healthier entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Designed to be interactive and discussion-driven, the huddle will create space for open dialogue, shared experiences, and practical insights from peers across the field.
